Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to manage and improve manufacturing processes, production quality, machine performance, and operational efficiency. The candidate will lead process optimization, troubleshooting, project execution, and continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve production processes for maximum efficiency and quality.
- Lead machine installation, maintenance coordination, and process optimization.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data and identify root causes for process issues.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Train and guide junior engineers and operators.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial machinery.
- Experience with process improvement and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks and ERP systems preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma concepts.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in woodworking machinery / industrial manufacturing preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines, panel saws, or automation systems is an advantage.
