Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented design engineer to develop and improve industrial machinery designs and mechanical systems. The candidate will be responsible for creating 2D/3D designs, preparing technical drawings, and supporting manufacturing processes with innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine components and mechanical assemblies using CAD software.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing.
• Coordinate with production and assembly teams for design implementation.
• Modify and optimize existing machine designs for better performance and efficiency.
• Conduct design calculations, material selection, and tolerance analysis.
• Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with quality and safety standards.
• Support troubleshooting and product improvement activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and machine assembly.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and create technical drawings accurately.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in woodworking machinery or industrial equipment design preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, panel saws, edge banders, or automation systems is an advantage.
